This Week’s MVP: Maximiliano Torres (Washington)
Maximiliano Torres is a dedicated volunteer from Washington whose passion for protecting nature and serving his community has made a meaningful impact throughout the One Hot Summer campaign. A proud supporter of Mexico and a fan of Memo Ochoa, Max volunteers with Poder Latinx to help strengthen his community through civic engagement, environmental justice, and meaningful outreach. An avid fisherman and nature enthusiast, he is passionate about conserving the outdoors and inspiring others to care for the environment.
Max has gone above and beyond by consistently volunteering at EcoPoder events and serving as a trusted ambassador for our mission and vision. Through his genuine kindness and ability to connect with community members, he has helped collect 15 Eco GOLAZO! surveys while encouraging others to get involved. His dedication, leadership, and commitment to serving others embody the spirit of Eco GOLAZO! and community action.
