The Poderosas Summit is going regional! In 2025, Poder Latinx is taking its signature leadership event beyond Washington, DC, bringing the summit to four key regions across the country for the very first time.

We’re calling on Latinas in California, Arizona, Georgia, and Texas to join this powerful experience and gain hands-on tools to deepen civic engagement at the local level.

Each summit is designed to build grassroots power, strengthen local movements, and equip participants with the skills, networks, and confidence to lead change in their communities. You'll hear from elected officials, organizers, and policy experts while diving into Latina-centered workshops on voting rights, climate justice, immigrant protections, and more.

WHY FOUR REGIONAL SUMMITS?

In 2025, Poder Latinx is taking the Poderosas Summit regional to deepen our impact where it matters most—on the ground, in communities leading the fight for justice and representation. By hosting summits in four strategic regions, we’re meeting young Latinas closer to home, removing barriers to participation, and creating space for local voices, challenges, and solutions to take center stage.

This shift reflects our belief that lasting change begins at the local level. While past summits focused on federal engagement in Washington, D.C., by going regional we are able to uplift grassroots leadership, build tighter networks of Latina leaders, and invest in community power where it's urgently needed.
