Poder Latinx Hosts Free Citizenship Clinic in Atlanta, Georgia

WHAT: Georgia Citizenship Clinic Workshop, Part 1: Informational Session

WHEN: Saturday, March 25, 10am - 12pm EST 

ATLANTA, GA - Poder Latinx is hosting a free, two-part citizenship clinic available to local community members in Atlanta, Georgia. Part 1 of 2 is a required informational session for the citizenship clinic being held on March 25th. During the informational session, applicants will learn about citizenship eligibility requirements, the process to apply for citizenship and necessary documentation required, and how to request a fee waiver for the cost of filing a citizenship application. A pro-bono attorney will be present to answer any additional legal questions regarding the process ahead of the clinic, to be held on April 22, 2023. 

During Part 2 of 2, community members can apply for citizenship with assistance from attorneys at no cost and receive support in filling out forms and paperwork. In order to take part in the citizenship clinic, applicants must attend the informational session in person.

Assistance will be available in English and Spanish during both events.
