Our work

Poder Latinx is dedicated to building lasting power for Latino communities across Arizona. We engage year-round in neighborhoods most affected by voter suppression, environmental injustice, and anti-immigrant policies. Our initiatives include voter registration, civic education, youth leadership development, and community organizing rooted in culture and connection.

Notably, we have mobilized our eligible voters for the Salt River Project (SRP) elections, a historically low-turnout election, that influences decisions on water and energy policies. We also advocate for protections against extreme heat, highlighting its impact on outdoor workers and pushing for equitable climate policies. Together, we’re shaping a stronger, more inclusive future for all Arizonans.
